Our original bakery. Max Gales spotted the Route 31 shop for sale in 1984, and his son Jeff turned it into the Country Pie Shoppe you know today. Stop in for pies, cakes, breads, cookies, and everything else baked fresh in the morning.

Our second shoppe opened in 1994 on Route 819 in Mount Pleasant. Same family recipes, same fresh-baked goods — plus specialties from the previous owner like our chocolate ripple coffee cake and raisin & apricot squares.
